a student to live here).

living and dining room.  Laundry room in the same building. Very QUIET! 
The apartment is shared with another male student in computer science.
It is an accessible unit for handicapped persons (has elevator facility etc.)
Currently it is occupied by regular students.

The university's sports facilities are just out the door, and they are open
to public members.  Two minutes walk to the Transitway, Ottawa's public
transport artery.  Close to mall, Loeb and Loblaws.

The unit is furnished.  It is ideal for students on a co-op term working
in Ottawa for the summer.  It is available for $370/month all inclusive,
with $100 security deposit.  Negotiable.

The university's housing services will take care of any problems you may
have during your stay including conflicts with your neighbour.  The
campus protection service patrols the area regularly for extra security.
