Looking for a fourth person to share a townhome, friendly environment, must
also be pet friendly. $500.00 everything in - heat, hydro, cable (also in
room), phone (also in room), groceries, parking and laundry (on site).
First and last months required but arrangements may be possible for last
months rent. Already living here is two guys and one girl. Ages 19-32 all
of whom are outgoing and laid back. Looking for someone that is going to
stay more than a few months unless it is specifically stated. Possibility
of signing a lease. If you have any questions please call Becky @ 277-4145
and leave a message. Thanks
