OPTIONS:    to get rid of two bedroom townhome or to find a third roommate
(preferebly a third roommate)

LEASE FOR ROOMMATE   :    is an option on the length but, must sign one,
must have first and last months rent

AVAILABILITY   :    very flexible and the bedroom can be furnished or
unfurnished if going to be a roommate.  The house will be furnished as a
roommate.

IF A ROOMMATE:    this house has pets already so, unfortunately you cannot
bring your own, non-smoking, no drugs and no major partying, female or male
accepted prefer college/university student

IF WANTING THE HOUSE:  will be taking over a lease until september with the
option of signing for another year, the house will not be furnished

RENT FOR ROOMMATE: will be furnished 500.00 (plus extra's), unfurnished
400.00 (plus extra's)  ............... parking is extra $35.00/mth

UTILITIES(HEAT/HYDRO): 1/3 of the bill, usually around $16-$20 for each bill

CABLE(INTERNET)/PHONE:  up to you on the internet connection, there is a
rogers hook up in the bedroom.  No one uses internet, so must pay for own
service...(rogers lite speed is approximately $35.00 if that is what you
chose) will have to pay 1/3 of cable and phone bill (it depends on the
services that is decided upon among the roommates)

GROCERIES: buy your own

LAUNDRY: on premises no extra cost

Two guys currently living here, very easy-going environment, have a
backyard, very quiet neighbourhood and friendly neighbours....
