OK Rogers has admitted to some problems, I would like to know
how people log there downtime. I don't sit logged on 7/24, and
if I am not using the computer I turn it off. So if Rogers goes
down at 8:30 am and doesn't come back until 6:00 pm how would
I measure that?

From what I understand Rogers@home.com refund is a pro-rated
based on how long you can prove you were down, I calculate in
the 720 hours there is in a month downtime is worth 5 cents/hr???

How many are going to jump through all the hoops Rogers has
just for a couple bucks (if even that!)
