So? We're talking words. Not images. Words have always been covered by
the copyright act.

As far as I can tell, you don't need to report them. Chris Lewis automatically
canels anything that matches his spam formula. I'll tell you what, since you're
accusing them of spam, why don't you define what that spam was exactly?
