I as well as others have advised CIRA that critical national infrastructure
such as the master CA root server should be kept at a better facility than
Magma's datacenter in an industrial park on the outskirts of Ottawa.

CIRA is now planning to move its servers to 151 Front St. W. in Toronto,
which is essentially the center of the internet in Canada.
