CHUM? isn't that the broth of fish guts used to attract sharks??? ;)
CHUM is going into the Byward market, not Bank Street! Why would
CHUM need an OC-3 pipe anyhow? Too big for a Cybercafe most use
a ADSL or ISDN connection, I think a OC-3 (about 10 T1's) would
cost $15,000-20,000/per month, sounds like a fun connection though...
