  Not with Royal (yet). My experience with TD Bank GreenLine which
 offers "WebBroker" online has been quite negative. The pages 
 constantly time-out before getting connected. The java programming
 is poor so that trying to bookmark any of the pages fails since the
 Java scripts are expecting some information or process which requires 
 walking through the entry/logon/selection/trade pages (and this 
 process times out due to overloads, or bad design, or ...).

   I tried for 3 hours to do a trade before the expected downturns
 of the Russian and Clinton situations last week and never did 
 succeed at placing the bid on-line.

   I too await comments and experiences of usefull on-line trading
 in the Ottawa region.
