Hello,

The Vietnamese Refugee Sponsorship Committee of Ottawa
is looking for volunteers to help Vietnamese fellows
who have gone through traumatized experience either while
they were in refugee camps or while they were in Vietnam.

These unfortunate people need moral support and friendship.
They need someone they can look to as a model (big brother/
sister) to encourage them in their integration to the
Canadian society. You can help them by teaching them English,
take them out on social activities such as playing ping pong,
swimming, etc... If you are interested in doing some
Social Work and have few hours per week, please contact
us at (613) 230-8282 and leave a message for Minh or email
to kmn@doe.carleton.ca.

Another approach : an account opened by your committee to gather money.
Nothing on both postings shows us where we can send clothing. What else do
our fellows
need ?
