According to  the news  reports on  KYW this  morning, no  additional phone
charges  will be  leveid  when calling  between 610  and  215.  This  seems
reasonable since  other regions of the  country have had similar  area code
rearangements and I  haven't heard of any of those  folks affected by those
changes being asked to  shell out more bucks to call  phones that were once
in the same area code.
