My 82 year old dad gets call all hours from their collection agencies
for a call he claims he never made.This after 30 years of paying them
bills.Someone could have made if he is not aware of but he claims he cut
off long distance before this call was made. .They also slammed him back
to AT&T and I had to call local service and pay to not allow them to do
it again.They claim they don't  comment on things someone fromthe
company did , but he still must pay.(oh isnt that sweet) This has been a
horrific experience because its not easy changing phone numbers for him
or fight this big bill ..I am using the power of the internet to try to
influence people to use a 10 10 number (no monthly long distance service
charges, or a cellular company that is not AT&T or a company that is not
ATTinstead.I am filing a complaint but I don't think I have much power
Please realize this is the worse company I ever dealt with .Please
don't use AT&T .

File a complaint with the FTC.  They might be able to help you out.
