TECHbooks is closed.  techbook will be going off the air in another 48
hours or so.  InterCom, Inc. has bought the techbook hardware and should
have it online early Tuesday, possibly late Monday.  InterCom will be
honoring techbook subscriptions and rates will stay the same (at least
initially): $45/year for shell accounts, $90/year for internet access,
free BBS accounts that let people send and receive mail and read news.
