I say that based on such of his postings as I've had the misfortune to encounter. He's especially active on comp.lang.basic, where he's harassing one of the people from PowerBasic (and claiming that *they* are harassing *him*). From one post he's gone so far as calling the company to complain. And been hung up on for his trouble.
