Instead of the federal government shooting bean bags, maybe it's time
for the Native American tribes to check their treaty rights concerning
the hunting of sea lions.  Or, we all can keep waiting another twenty
years for the Congress to do nothing, whilst the wild salmon
disappear.

I wonder what cedar smoked sea lion taste like?
