A friend of mine is moving to Portland and I'm trying to
help her find a rental until they can figure out where
they want to buy a house. I understand there are not a
great deal of nice rental houses available so I am appealing
to you, the great Unix network. (And no, they are not
coming from California, but Denver.)

They are looking in the I5 corridor, preferably Tualatin,
Tigard, Lake Oswego area (or closer) they just need access
to downtown as that's where he will be working. There are
three children (3, 5, 6.5) and two cats. They would like
3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, at least 1500 sq. ft., 2 car
garage, and a fenced yard would be nice but not required.

They will may need to move in as early as Dec 10. They will
rent from the first if needed. They are going to be down
on Nov 20-22 to look. Please contact me by then if possible.
But after is ok, in case they can't find something by then.

Thanks,
