This Travel Warning updates the current security situation and
reiterates the dangers of travel within Oregon.

The Office of the California Secretary of State continues to strongly
warn Californians against traveling to Oregon, which remains very
unhospitable.

Remnants of the James G. Blaine Society remain active.

Attacks against Californians throughout Oregon continue, including in
the Portland's Pearl District.  Targets include parties en-route to
venues, hotels, and restaurants.  These attacks have resulted in the
hurt feelings of Californians, including those doing real estate work.
There has been both planned and random insults.

Californians will continue to be targeted by the James G. Blaine Society
and Oregonians for verbal harassment and unfair treatment for the
unforeseen future.
