bug in C compiler - accepts address of a register
#24

I write the following code (by accident):

	register time_t now;
	...
	time(&now);

and the C compiler accepted it. The register, not surprisingly,
didn't get its value set. The compiler should have rejected this
attempt to take the address of a register.
