The Rand Editor (E19) is compiled and ready to run under  XELOS  R01.  If  you
are  running  R01  and  would  like  a  copy of the binary version of the Rand
Editor, please read on, otherwise stop reading.

Kim Althoff (pesnta!kima) ported the Rand editor the other day  and  since  it
*seems*  to  be  working,  I  am  releasing  it  asap.  Because it is a binary
