Do us a favor, john and post the e-mail. This is a man who likes to
post fraudulent e-mail, and I'd like to see his twisting in the wind
on this one.
   Heck, I would've like to see it (except I live in Virginia now).
Hell, I probably would've even bought him a beer.

   AGREED! If you take offense to his posts, or my posts, but don't
feel that you should waste the bandwidth. Just make sure you follow
the do's and don'ts:

   DO include the whole message. He likes to do this, there's nothing
wrong with this.

  DO include some comments. Sending his messages back via e-mail
without a response can be contrued as mailbombing.

  DON'T mailbomb him. Makes your case weak, and gives him a legitimate
cause to get your account pulled. Including attachments in an effort
to fill up his mailbox doesn't really make a point.

  DON'T respond more than once to a particular post. This is also
pushing mailbombing.

  DON'T worry if he starts threatening a lawsuit. He does this, and if
you follow the rules of etiquette, he don't have a case. You are just
using your right of response. Any post on usenet has an implied
request for commentary with it. You are not censoring him, you are
just choosing not to respond in the manner he likes so (increasing
noise).
