apartments?  We are a group of college students from Carnegie Mellon
and Pitt, mainly architects, all with experience.  Between us we have
experience in just about anything short of building you a new house.

All work is of professional quality, and we have all worked for
contractors in the past.  Rates can be given by the hour for each job,
or as a total price for the entire project (with or without materials). 
If you have already had an estimate, we will beat it.
