	medium to hear agents voice messages, or to retrieve property 
	flyers, or to view the color photograph on World Wide Web. Through a 
	series of easy-to-follow voice prompts on the telephone, the VHN will 
	guide home buyers through the entire process to hear the voice 
	messages, or to retrieve property flyers. The search program on Web 
	page can help home buyers to get their dream homes easily by entering 
	search keys such as, number of bedrooms, price ranges, and location.

	Agents can call from any touch-tone phone to immediately update
	the voice messages, and to change listing status of properties at any

	Using this system, RE agents can reduce the advertising cost, and save
