even though we will probably have lower pollution numbers because of
the storm coming from the Atlantic, so far this year, in Philly we had
more days without good air then any in the last 10 years. Less then
15% of our days so far had mostly clean air below 30 particulates that
many cities do have. 85 percent of the time we had pollution that was
at least not good and often unhealtlhy. We have health stats that are
among the worse of every city in the US. when are people going to
