Is there anyone reading this newsgroup who would happen to know anything about noise ordinances in Philadelphia? I understand there is a relatively recent ordinace, aimed at boom boxes, that is fairly restrictive, and I was wondering what the actual regulations currently are, or how I would go about finding out. (No, I haven't called city hall yet; haven't had time to sit on hold, which I'm sure is what will happen when I do try that <grin>). Thanks for any info anyone might have. -- david david@staff.udc.upenn.edu
