Can someone advise how to receive Penn's local newsgroup(s). Note that I'm not networked in the same way as most of you probably are--since I don't have access to a mainframe, I have to pay a commercial service (WorldLink, through PSI, Inc.) for my Internet connection. While their server does handle various Philadelphia newsgroups, it doesn't have any of the "local" Penn groups (I know of one called upenn.general). And since I'm not online "live" like I would be on a campus mainframe, I can't just specify it to receive it. One method that comes to mind--is it possible to use EMail somehow to get the postings? Thank you.
