Whither Kristen Kunhardt and/or Joseph Brenna (Between The Lines)?

Years back, there was a really great acoustic-electric group called
Between The Lines. Originally hailing from Austin (I think), they moved
up to the Philadelphia area and played out in all kinds of places, from
The Middle East to Bethlehem Musikfest to darn near every Borders Books
in existence. The two prinicpals were Kristin Kunhardt (vocals &
guitar) and Joseph Brenna (guitar). There was also an electronic
percussion guy, but his name escapes me at this hour.

For a time, they were on What Are Records?, Ltd. (also home of The
Samples), but they left that label because of what sounded like business
difficulties.

Anyway, I've heard little bits about Kristin still playing in the
Philadelphia area, but nothing current, and certainly nothing about
Joseph. As one of their earlier fans and supporters (I got hooked back
in 1992 or so), I'm interested in what happened to the group, and I'd
love to know what Joseph and Kristin are doing now.

Does anyone have any leads, or at least remember this fantabulous but
too-brief band?

When first I encountered Kristin Kunhardt, she was my opening act at
Uncle Calvin's in Dallas, which is where she was living at the time.

She impressed the bejesus out of me as a solo, and I arranged for her to
play in a showcase I was hosting at an Austin club. She brought Joseph
Brenna with her. I saw them together once again here in Austin, but as
far as I know, she never lived here.

This is just my opinion, but she was far stronger as a solo. Joseph is
quite good on his own, but added nothing to her act, IMHO, and may even
have taken away from it, at least at first. I've completely lost contact
with her since then, and it was good to see someone mention the lady.
