Answer:  You don't.
And rejection is in your own mind.  Look at it this way....

Suppose you meet 100 women.  Some you will like, some you won't like,
and some you just won't care about either way.
It's the same with any woman.  If she meets 100 men, she will like
some of them, dislike some of them, and be completely apathetic
to the rest.
So, of the women you meet that *you* like, some will like you, some
won't, and some won't care.
Starting to catch on here?
So if you ask out several women you are probably going to be rejected
by a few of them because, as cruel as it sounds, they just don't
like you or they just don't care about you.  Eventually, however,
you are going ot ask out one person who really likes you, and that
make all the rest worthwhile.
