This also may violate the Robinson-Patman Act, the federal antitrust law 
that forbids price discrimination.  Question: does dating involve 
interstate commerce?  Sometimes I think the behavior of certain MOTAs 
should be a federal offense, if it isn't already. :) Seriously, you 
should contact the PA attorney general's consumer fraud unit even before 
you get together with anyone else who has used the service--aside from 
the potential price discrimination, there may be other forms of outright 
fraud at work here, and the AG may be able to start digging based on only 
one complaint.
