How do I set up CWv9 to allow me to support .rsrc files and the
previous build flow of pre-V9 projects without having to start over
with the Stationery. What are all of the correct settings and file
mappings that I would need for the old (pre-V9) build flow.  Currently
when I build my project and look at on the device, it's using
different forms (probably defined in PilRC) than what I have defined
in Constructor.
