PSP as in Paint Shop Pro?? I have seen this an it's a Constructor problem.
The images I've imported to Constructor, I've imported via copy/paste from
LView, and NOT had an easy time of it.

I don't remember all the specifics: But I remember last time I tried
importing a large (100x100) image, it gave me all kinds of crap. (Small
images I just copy pixel-by-pixel, to avoid this nonsense) If I remember
correctly, to get around the idiocy, I had to change the palette of the source
image before copying and pasting it over: Something like there had to be a
certain number of colors in the image's palette, whether or not all those
colors were actually used. This is trouble since some programs auto-reduce
the palette to just the colors used. Plus I had problems with Constructor
changing colors, black to purple for instance. Very irritating.

I'd recommend just bringing that particular resource over with PilRC. :)
It's not completely deranged.
