CAPS button on Tungsten-C

In a Palm application, how can I intercept the CAPS button
being pressed on a Tungsten-C?

Is it with a notification? Or else?
It doesnt seem to be with the event manager.
When I read all the events coming from the event loop
( with EvtGetEvent(&event, 1) ),
pressing the CAPS button does not generate any event in my app!

It must be possible: in the Memo Pad app, pressing the CAPS button
change the up-arrow in the right bottom corner.
