The standard PilRC plugin from Neil identifies itself as being for OS 
"MacOS" and CPU "MC68K".  This is to make it compatible with CodeWarrior 
for Palm OS.  Since its an open-source plugin, you could recompile it to 
match the OS and processor IDs' used by ARM's linker plugin to the CW 
IDE, but I don't know what those IDs are.

The XRD format is still proprietary to PalmSource... I do not think 
they've publicly released this format or their tools to support it, so 
to get any information on that, you need to talk directly to them or to 
the licensee you're working with.
