I have gotten involved as a host with ZDNet Chat. We have a nice area
on ZDNet where we all get together and chat. People from around the
world. I think all of you would like this because it is a place you
can turn your 8 year old loose withgout worring about him/her. You
should worry about the rest of us though.

Seriously we hosts keep out the profanity and hitting on, etc. So it
is a nice place to visit and I think the entire crew here would enjoy
it.

ZD Net (part of Ziff Davis) is in charge and they insist on real first
and last names (or something that doesn't look fake) George Jones
would work, but Candi Barr might get you booted--at least talked to.

I host sunday mornings from 6 to 9 am and monday evenings the same
hours 6 to 9, only pm. Drop in and see us. Go to
http://www.chatnow.com top download the software. They have clients
for windows95, windows 3.x, and MAC. There is also a java client that
is a one time use, sort of crippled thing, but you can get into the
chat room with it.

Look for you guys in ZD Net Chat.
