I'm moving out of my current apartment at the end of August, and my landlord
asked me to ask around to see if anybody was looking for a place.  So here
are the specs:

-2 BR with living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, and large closets.
-rent is $420/month plus gas and electric
-has a basement with a *free* washer and dryer

I've lived here the past two years with no problems whatsoever.  The 
neighborhood is nice, and the landlord is very responsive when things need
repaired.
