Let me get this straight. Primenet, the same service that was making
decisions for everyone about the definition of spam, and cancelling
posts, is now cancelling its contract with a user because that user
complained about Primenet arranging for someone else to call him at home?
Too bad that I quit Primenet years ago or I'd quit again.
Nathan, you should have apologized publicly to Charlie at the first sign
of his unhappiness.
Ever heard the phrase "The customer is always right?" It does not mean
that the customer is factually correct; it means that you are supposed
to treat the customer with the respect that someone who is right deserves,
whether they deserve it or not.
I predict that your dropping Charlie will end up costing you more than
the $20 that he pays for his account.
Friends and aquaintances ask me to recommend ISPs on a regular basis.
Guess which ISP will get a worse report from me now?
