Not at this point, no.

1. There are no "spammers" involved in this situation, as you have
already been informed repeatedly. Yet you continue to describe
the situation as though Primenet has given away or sold its
customer data to a company which will use it to market products,
sell to additional parties, etc., and the only defense you have
offered is that you do not know this to be untrue. As I have
already pointed out to you in email, I do not think this is a sound
justification for your continued failure to omit relevant information
about what happened (viz: that the company involved was hired as
a contractor to collect customer satisfaction data and is bound by
standard confidentiality agreements). The only explanations I can
think of are that you omit this data in order to make your outrage
seem reasonable or out of malice.
2. If my failure to give you the information you desire is "protecting"
this firm, then what did you intend to do with the information?
Harrass them for doing what they were hired to do, collect customer
satisfaction data from our user base? I note that you have never
said anything about being treated rudely by the woman who called you;
I have asked you to make a complaint in writing if this was the case.
I have nothing to be either proud or embarrassed about here.
