Than just consider that if Global Center/Primenet hadn't turned my
personal/confidential information over to a telemarketing firm who then
spammed me at home I could have concerned myself only with the issue of
motorcycle tires.

I indeed want to see him back this statement up. I'm eager to examine
the "ignorance" he claimed I've "been spewing." C'mon nathan, let's see
it.

That may be so. You tend your's, I'll take care of mine.

If nathan feels libeled by the facts than he should govern himself
accordingly.

This part is really funny. I've not mentioned courts, lawyers, etc. ,
yet it seems many people see it as becoming a component necessary to
resolve this conflict. I've received a number of messages from various
legal professionals showing an interest in this issue. While they're not
soliciting business, but merely showing interest , I find it remarkable.

My statement is accurate. I'll try just once to make it easier for *you*
to understand.

The fact is that Primenet turns over confidential/personal customer
information from their data base to third parties (TELEMARKETING FIRMS)
to be used for unintended (reasons never intended and specifically
forbidden by me) purposes.

Oh, and if you still can't understand it, you really ought not dabble in
legal opinion either. IMHO
