I don't know what Charlie tried to do in this situation, but I can
put myself in his place. During the time I was with Primenet they
were absolutely, positively unresponsive. e-mail from support? Haha.
Motd's about what services were down? Don't make me laugh.
If something concerning Primenet happened involving me, I would have
two choices: posting on a public forum (usenet) or legal action.
Anything else would have been a waste of time.
Disclaimer: I have not been a Primenet subscriber for over 1-1/2 years.
They may have improved service since then. In addition,
these views are my own and not those of my employer.
