Ingenue International is another one that does not live up to expectations.  
If you are with them or know someone who is, warn them and take a real close 
look at your November and December Bills.  They overcharged me $133.00, which 
I have not received back yet.  Oh yes I have tried, several faxes, 
innumerable 
phone calls, emails, and 3 separate office visits, to no avail.  They keep 
blaming Internic, their ISP, US West, NOVUS Card Center, etc.  everybody else 
is to blame but them.
