Let us look at what you are saying here. Primenet contracted a company to call a random sample of their userbase to query about customer satisfaction. A single company, not multiple companies. I hardly consider a survey of customer satisfaction as 'purposes never intended by their customers.' Primenet gets calls from its vendors all the time to ask us about how they are doing. This is STANDARD BUSINESS PRACTICE. It is important for companies to see how they are doing in the eyes of their customers. Many people appreciate being able to give input and expect companies to do what they can to insure customer satisfaction. Verifying customer satisfaction is not 'purposes never intended by their customers.' In fact, customers should expect it. What you are saying above is just plain FALSE. It is most unfortunate that you are unable to see that. Cameron Mandrake -- Cameron J.
