We have the CUSTOMER and the SUPPORT REP, sitting in a small room
facing each other.

CUSTOMER:     I'm pissed!

SUPPORT REP:  About what, sir?

CUSTOMER:     WHAT YOU DID!

SUPPORT REP:  And what was that, sir?

CUSTOMER:     YOU GAVE MY NUMBER OUT TO A LICENSED CONTRACTOR!  YOU
              BASTARD!

SUPPORT REP:  Sir, we are attempting to find out our customers'
              needs so that we may bett-

CUSTOMER:     I don't CARE!  YOU SPAMMED ME!

SUPPORT REP:  Sir, I would beg to differ, the contracted agency-

CUSTOMER:     I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!  YOU ARE AN EVIL, TWISTED
              SICK RAT BASTARD!  YOU'RE LYING!  ARE YOU GOING TO
              READ MY PRIVATE E-MAIL NEXT?

SUPPORT REP:  Sir, that is a grandiose assumpt-

CUSTOMER:     SHUT UP!  SHUT UP, DAMMIT!

SUPPORT REP:  Sir, if you'll just let me talk to you, perhaps I
              can explain-

CUSTOMER:     NO!  WE HAVE NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT!  SHUT UP!
