1) Bill 101's  language of education provisions divide Quebecers into two
separate civil rights categories.

2) Its francization provisions violate freedom of speech and freedom of
association.

3) Its language of commercial expression, despite Bill 86, still violates
freedom of expression and equality rights.

4) Bill 101 makes only French the official language of Quebec.  Both English
and French should be the official languages of Quebec.

I agree...and have said that myself countless times.

Indeed, that is why the Supreme Court of Canada found bill 101's language of
commercial expression provisions in violation of more provisions of the
Quebec Charter of Rights than in the Canadian Charter of Rights.

...why don't you consider whether individual and private initiatives
WITHOUT GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION could succeed better to promoting and
protecting the French language and culture in Quebec?  Why this
obsessiveness with passing laws?  What makes you think laws will protect
you?
