This is good news.  I'm sure reputable charities are pleased too. 
Charities and religious organizations should expect and face greater 
scrutiny in order to maintain tax exempt status.

I'd hate to think that charities could get away something like this, or 
that a for profit org like scientology would be able to operate tax free 
scot free.
