I've sent them an email asking why they dont ship to Quebec..

lets see what the answer is..

A few major issues.  If Quebec is annal with stupid requirements from 
companies, why bother with Quebec at all?  While Quebec is arrogant enough 
to expect everyone to kiss their ass, the fact is they are only one of 60 
states/provinces north of the Mexican border and the only one requiring 
French on the labels.  Their expectations either need to be the same as the 
other 59 or pay the price, or people will not sell to you.  It isn't their 
fault Quebec is so f--ked up.

Write your provincial statist and ask them to change their rules.

But I suspect it will be ignored.  Lock "family" businesses like the closed 
market as you pay more.
