* Mortgagor Interviews ( ones that are late on house payments)
* Foreclosed Properties (RTC properties and others)
* Properties which are in Bankruptcy,
* Vacant Properties by which the Mortgage Company would want to
  know monthly what condition the property is in.
* Commercial Inspections
* Insurance loss draft inspections, which are properties damage due to
  fire, flood, ect.

Here are some things you must have!

1. A car or form of transportation.
2. A telephone with answering machine and a computer with fax modem.
   MailBoxes Inc.'s and some convenient stores have fax service
   available.
3. A well indexed map of the general area you are willing to cover. 
   There are several maps available; Thomas Brothers or Hagstroy maps
   are very good. Check your book store.
4. A ball point pen with black or blue ink with a clip board.
5. A 35mm or polariod camera with plenty of film and a stapler for stapling
   photos to inspection reports.  

Earn as much as $45.00 per inspection and get paid up to $2.00 a photo. 
*(Some inspections you will have each month are at the same properties)

*You will recieve a check by the Mortgage Field Service Co that handles
 your area upon completion of inspections. 
 
NOTE: Some inspectors make more than $400.00 per day part-time.
