a Real Estate Broker and associated Sales Person accomplishes to sell

roperty for a client. Each publication defines each step in block
diagram form(along with text that is keyed to each step) required to
sell or buy Real Property. The sequence starts with the initial contact
with the clien
t through the close of escrow(sale of property).
In addition a comprehensive Moving check list forms part of
these publications.
Publications are designed as hand-out material for Real Estate
personnel. The biggest problem Brokers and Sales People encounter is
uninformed individuals feel sales people do very little and
collect a big commission. Our publications will really open
their eyes;thus giving Real Estate Sale People respect a  professional
deserves.
Brokers and Sale People can give to their special clients. However this
may be of interest to anyone desiring to sell or buy Real Property.
I used these publications when farming for clients. Went door
to door talking to potential clients. Giving them a publication
is a good way to get your foot in the door and with your
