Hello, audio netters!

While browsing the audio groups on the net, I've run across a several
references to AKAI being out of the audio market.

Has someone more details on that? If AKAI is really out of game, why
the retail shops are still full of their equipment? Is it a wise choice
to buy an AKAI now?

Any on-topic hints appreciated.

/Cheers, Ata
