Furthermore, a 5 1/2" driver barely qualifies as a woofer, let alone a "subwoofer." Most 3-piece manufacturers smartly advertise their 3rd piece as a "bass module" instead. Sell the system for what it is: a budget buy. Incidentally, I heard the one you are referring to--not the Damark version. I was not impressed, and would recommend NHT Superzeros, bottom of the line Boston Acoustics, or Celestion 1s instead. But that's just IMHO.
