	THOROUGHBRED HORSE FOR LEASE  (and possible sale)

	Due to severe time constraints, a friend needs to lease out
	her horse on a full time basis.   She'd like to find a reliable,
	experienced (only) person to to ride/exercise at least 3 times 
	per week, for at least three months (and certainly longer if desired).

	The horse is a 10 year old, 16.2 H, good-looking dark bay TB
	mare.  She does well at dressage, jumping and trails and has
	successfully evented.  As far as I know she has no real vices
	and has decent ground manners. She's not, however, a "babysitter"
	plug of a horse, either, and would be unsuitable for beginners.  

	She's boarded at a large but friendly facility near Menlo Park 
	with a lighted arena, dressage and flatwork arenas and trails.
	English tack is included (saddle is ~16.5").

	The cost (somewhat negotiable) would be ~$150/month. This is only 
	about half the cost of boarding at this facility so it could be 
	a good arrangement for both people (and one lonely horse!).
