I went to the Oaks in Emeryville on Sunday and I noticed as I was leaving that there are two other card rooms very near it, the King Midas and Key clubs. Have any rec.gamblers checked these rooms out? Taylor? Mike? Are they worth going into, or should one give them a pass? Also, I travel to Emeryville from the South Bay, and I always (OK, all three times) get lost getting there and getting back. I think I've got a grip on getting there now, but when I go south on San Pablo and turn left after the underpass I end up on 24 heading for Walnut Creek and need to take 13 to get to the 580. Isn't there some more direct way of getting to 580 East? -- s/Martin Veneroso slick@netcom.com
