I am getting together a multi-case purchase of cheap 7.62X39 ammo to feed some SKS`s and was wondering if anyone has any warnings about the East German surplus. Is it really non-corrosive? Reliable? Reasonably accurate? How does it compare to the Chinese surplus? And as long as we're talking surplus ammo, which of the Chinese stuff is really non-corrosive, mildly corrosive, and corrosive?
